Check the progress of your DAKY order using your order status page.

How to track your order

Open your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email and follow the link to view your order. Your personal order status page shows the progress of your order and any available tracking information.

If prompted, sign in or verify your order number and the email address or phone number you used at checkout.

Tracking updates

When tracking information is added to your order, you can follow the shipment from your order status page. Depending on the carrier, updates may appear on that page or through a link to the carrier’s website.

Need a hand?

If you cannot find your confirmation email, check your spam or junk folder. If you still need help, contact us using the Contact Us link in our footer and include your order number, if available.
